- Sphere and past-client follow-up: drip campaigns, anniversaries and market reports that keep you in touch for years.
- Transaction tracking: deadlines and documents from contract to close, built in or connected.

Common questions
What is the best CRM for real estate agents?
It depends on where your leads come from. Follow Up Boss is built to route leads from many sources, at $58 per user a month billed yearly. Sierra Interactive and Real Geeks bundle a lead-generating IDX website with the CRM. Wise Agent is the lowest published price, about $42 a month billed yearly for up to 5 team members on one login.
How much does a real estate CRM cost?
From about $42 a month (Wise Agent, yearly) to $600 or more for team plans with an IDX website. Watch for setup fees: Sierra charges $500 when you pay monthly and Real Geeks charges $500 on every term. Lofty, BoldTrail, BoomTown and CINC only quote prices.
Do real estate CRMs require a contract?
Some do. Sierra Interactive plans are 12-month agreements, and Real Geeks sells 6-month and 12-month terms. Follow Up Boss and Wise Agent bill month to month or yearly with no long contract stated.
Is there a free CRM for real estate agents?
