How we pick the CRMs on this site

Every price on this site comes from the company's own pricing page, with the date we checked it. Here is how tools get listed.

  • Prices from each company's page
  • No invented ratings
  • Checked dates on every price

Where the prices come from

Every price is taken from the company's own pricing page, and the table links straight to that page. Each page shows the date we last checked. If a company doesn't publish prices, we say "quote only" instead of guessing.

CRM prices change often, and many show a lower number for yearly billing. We note when a price assumes you pay for a full year, and whether it's per user or one price for the whole company.

How a tool gets on a list

  1. It's built for that kind of business. A roofing page lists tools that roofers actually buy, not general sales software with a roofing blog post.
  2. Its price is public or plainly quote-only. We don't list tools whose cost we can't describe.
  3. We say who it's for and who it isn't for. Every listing names the kind of team it fits, in plain words.

What we don't do

  • We don't invent ratings, review counts or "editor's scores".
  • We don't write about features we can't point to on the company's own site.
  • We don't change a page's date unless the page actually changed.

Corrections

If a price or fact here is wrong, email [email protected] with a link to the source. We'll fix it and update the checked date.
